It was group interview but it was very casual, simple and easy.It took around 30 minutes. We had to sit in a circle at the backroom. It was around eight questions in total. The store manager was who conducted the interview. She was very nice to us and very relaxed.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
