Met outside the store and walked over to food court with manager and seven other candidates. Manager did a roll call and three did not show up, so expect about ten in a group interview. She explained we could answer the questions whenever we felt ready, no particular order. So alot of people answering at once, making it kinda awkward.

Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
