Completed a written application & returned it to the store. Made a personal visit & phone call and was offered an interview. Myself, the Manager & a fellow applicant were interview simultaneously. Relaxed atmosphere, zero tension.

None. Most questions dealt with "How have you handled (example situation) in the past?" Nothing serious, as this position was for seasonal (Thanksgiving - New Years) work.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
