You get the application in-store, and they call you for an interview. I was in an interview with another girl, and it was very informal. We were just asked pick our favorite fragrance, and sell the product to each other. Then we were asked some situation questions; if something were to happen, what would you do? All in all, it was informal and easy.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
