I applied online. I called them, and asked if they had taken a look at my application, but it was during seasonal so it was better that way. For regular sales, I’d suggest waiting for them to call back. They set up a group interview which lasted maybe 30 minutes with two other people and the store manager. I was told to look around and pick out a product, then sell it to her during my interview.
