It went very quickly, filled out an application in store, was contacted within 3 days, interviewed with one other person. After the interview, was contacted within a few days and offered a temporary position for the season.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
