Instead of doing individual interviews, it was a group interview that way it would take the nerves off you a little bit. Once you arrived at the store, the manager would tell you to pick one of your favorite items and then you would have to explain why you picked it and how you would sell it to a customer

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
