Group interview. Standard questions. They ask you to go to the back with the rest of the people, then sit you all and ask questions one by one. The manager at the Bath and Body Works at El Paso is really nice, and she let us individually answer.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
