very long multiple steps, it was really hard to get in touch with the recruiter after the first interview, I was not given feedback after I had each step until a week later and it made me impatient

Good and fair. It was a nice conversation style and not them just drilling me with questions. They gave me lots of time to think and mindfully answer. I was able to pause and consider the questions thoughtfully.
