Very quick and rushed. I was told some students might have aggressive behaviors (an understatement to say the least) and was asked questions along the lines of "What Disney princess is your favorite and why?" After 10 minutes of questions I was offered a job on the spot with no experience to offer. I accepted but didn't stick around for long. I got the impression they were desperate to get people into schools with children because within the next few days I was at a school with a child, unsupervised, without a background check done on me.
