J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barton Associates (West Palm Beach, FL) en mai 2017

I was greeted by the front desk personnel with a nasty stare (I was dressed professionally in an executive outfit) I waited 20mins to be interviewed finally a manager showed up. Now, I was told by the recruiter I will get a tour of the office and they will go over in length about the position. They never did. The lady Julie brought my resume out and wrote a few notes on my resume, asked about 3 questions eg. Tell me about yourself. My concern though is that there is a lack of diversity in the workplace and I believe that is why I wasn't offered a position there. I have 10years experience in customer service, a bachelor's degree, I've done sales, telemarketing and still wasn't offered a position.

This was probably the easiest interview I ever had! They mostly want to make sure that you are not a nutjob. I think they hire everybody.
I applied online and got a call from the recruiter right away. I had even forgotten what the job was since I went on a job search spree that day. When she called she asked when I was free, if I was interested, blahblah. I said yes, read the reviews about the position then thought no I don't really wanna do that kind of work. I figured it would be good interview experience though since I had a few more interviews lined up.
I show up the day of the interview and get sent to get interviewed by the head of recruiting who talked to me for about 45 minutes about the company and himself and why I would be better off working as a recruiter rather than in the sales department. Afterwards, he said he was gonna bring an account manager for the second part of the interview. I asked who and he said he wasn't sure. 5 minutes later the second guy appears. He starts talking about the business, how recruiting is the bad side and how I should join the sales team. I nodded along, asked him some questions about the company's market share, the competitors, how people grow in the company, and any other difficult questions just to kind of stump him. He answered them very well. He was a lot more knowledgeable and passionate than the other guy. He was very good at selling himself and the company and almost caused me to change my mind. He talked about how much money he's made after 6 months which I wasn't sure was true or not but whatever let him gloat. He talked for another hour about this and that. I was trying to wrap it up but he kept going. At the end, he gave me a tour of the office which is really a nice place. He showed me the gym and the cafeteria with the free snacks. He said the HR recruiter would get back to me the following day.
The recruiter sent me an offer the next day. I asked if I could have time to think about it just in case no other job worked out and she said I had until the next day. That was kind of ridiculous since most places will give you more time.
