Was contacted by a recruiter. During our initial phone interview he did most of the talking, wasn't very professional and when I asked how the company views diversity, his response was "you mean like women." He also wasn't in touch with California and region in which I was being considered. I knew right then that this may not be the inclusive workplace I desire. I went ahead and accepted an in-person interview and was just as disappointed. After all that time I expected some type of follow-up but received nothing but silence.

Phone Interview initially with Recruiter. She was very nice and communicative. 1st In-Person with 3 manager level employees. They were nice and friendly. 2nd In-Person with Area Manager and Business Partner. Area Manager was the worst. Didn’t look up while speaking. Business Partner was pleasant.
