This was by far in of the worst hiring/interview experience i’ve ever had in life. First I was told to schedule a time for a phone interview with HR, I was rescheduled around 3x as HR kept missing the call and failing to follow up on their end. As far as the two interviews i did with the team they went pretty well and they were able to get me in fine with no issues, no lateness, and no rescheduling. However once it was time to find out of an offer they told me I would receive their decision a week later and I heard nothing back for about 2 weeks. After following back up i was told they would have a decision early next week and still nothing, until i followed up a week later. I would skip applying to this company all together This process also took around 2-3 months because of their lack of urgency and professionalism
