Excellent informative, speedy two way process. Definitely an employer of choice. The process consisted of telephone interview followed by a 1st & 2nd interview first with a Manager and then a Director, although this sounds a long process it wasn't and I felt it was a great way to get a 'feel' for the company. I would highly recommend Barker Ross as an employer of choice.
