The first step is a screener call with HR, followed by in-person or virtual interview with the team leader to whom you would report directly; may be followed by a final interview with the company owner.

Easy and unprofessional. They even want to sell you to work for them. Such a waste of time. Please stay away. Also I researched online and found out that they pretty much give offer to everyone they interviewed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hire everyone we meet. While we are recruiting individuals to join our team, we have to be selective to who we extend offers. Yes, our interviews tend to be more relaxed than others, but that in no way makes us unprofessional.
It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your time with our recruiting team, but we wish you the best as you continue your job search.

Started out with a 10-15 brief interview. Basically a quick run down that they are a telecommunications sales company. They ask you about your personal career goals. They then tell you to come back for a second round interview the next day. The next interviewee will eventually be your team leader.
