Colloquio, se bene stimolante, lungo e macchinoso con diversi step. Il tutto per accedere ad uno stage con rimborso spese. Alla fine non ti danno nemmeno un feedback ghostandoti malamente. Peccato

My experience with the interview process at Barilla was disappointing. I had my first interview scheduled for August 14, but the recruiter postponed it at the last minute and rescheduled for a later date. On the new date, I joined the Microsoft Teams meeting on time and waited for the full duration, but the interviewer never showed up. I also sent a polite follow-up email afterwards, but unfortunately received no response. This left a very unprofessional impression, especially given the time and effort invested.
