I was contacted by a human resources intern for an initial telephone interview. Although I had given her a free choice for the day, she never replied to my e-mail or the subsequent follow-up. I was contacted again a month later by one of her colleagues who reproduced the same attitude. This behaviour shows a total lack of respect and professionalism, as well as politeness. Embarrassing.
