J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barilla Group (Pleasant Prairie, WI) en janv. 2020
Entretien
Applied online, was contacted by email requesting availability for remainder of week for a brief phone interview. Day of, receive automated email that time has been changed to following week outside of my availability. Emailed recruiter regarding the time slot and never heard back.
Sucked it up and took the phone interview (made an excuse with current employer to step out). Standard interview, basic questions about background and gave insight on company culture. Concluded interview by giving me a general timeline of the interview process and next steps.
Ghosted after that. Tried reaching out but no response. Looks like the previous review for this same role experienced the same recruiter. Highly unprofessional.

Question 1
Do you have experience managing a marketing budget? How much?
Applied online and had a very positive phone interview with HR. She thought I would be a good match and provided me with very detailed steps of what would be happening next, starting with the exact day she would be getting back to me either way after speaking with the hiring manager. As it turns out, she didn't do anything she said she was going to do. Not only did she never call back, but she also didn't respond to subsequent follow-up emails and phone calls. Five months later, I was sent an rejection letter. Unfortunately, these types of experiences reflect poorly on the company.
