      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bare International (Mumbai) en déc. 2017

      Entretien

      BD people sitting in management in India have less knowledge about service and no proper know how of market and customers. Not interested to discuss about exact job profile. Previous BDM left them in just 6 months. Now, Every 2 months they keep posting job Ad on Naukri.com, looks like either they are facing too much attrition or they do not know how to take interview or handle juniors! Strange and shameful thing for an international company. Better change your Indian management and then try to conduct employment for juniors. Plus HRs are dull and not responsive. you have to call them 10 times to arrange your own interview. Also unable to speak even average fluent English...Lol

If you have interviewed with Bare, you would have done your bit of groundwork on how we have grown exponentially over last few years in India as well as Internationally. That has only been possible because of right people working with Bare. Also, considering your views about ‘Role Play’ exercise, the expectations would be same say in case we had given you any another scenario to enact. We try to evaluate your thinking process, on the spot thinking, your ability to do best with given amount of information and your creativity and passion to convince us as a Sales person. All we are trying to do is that when the selected person represents Bare as a Brand to prospective clients, they hold company ethos in highest form. Seems you were not the right fit. To be angry and judgemental is not the type of character we desire or require.
