The initial interview consisted of questions around my CV and experience to date and provided an opportunity to discuss the position in more detail and ask any questions I had around the role and responsibilities.

Laid back and friendly interview with department management. They briefly explained what plans they had for business moving forward and how the role would help achieve these. Questions were related to my personal experience/skill set and how these would help to fulfil the goals set.
