two rounds of phone interview - both were fairly similar and there are no competency questions asked. HR got back to me very quickly, within a week. The first interview had more standard competency questions e.g. why barclays. The second interview was more focused on strengths, "how did you manage to help someone"

Not daunting, enjoyed the process and the staff were friendly. Really enjoyed the spring week. Would definitely recommend to others. The process was straightforward and quick. Also received an offer quickly
