Video chat over Teams. 1,5h of algoritmization (2 practical, including code, 1 was only theoretical) and theory questions (in English). Got some hints, but I was mainkly expected to come up with solution, critique said solution and propose (and implement) improvements. 1h of code review and previous experience discussion (in Czech).

I applied for this position on Oct 2022, 1stRound is screening call happened in Nov 2022 2nd Round Test - Dec 2022 3rd Round Technical round for 1 hr January 2023 4th Round Coding Assignment given for calculating the multiple salaries based on their pay frequency and deductions calculations, pension calculations. it must developed as a pluggable library and can be allowed to extend the functionality. Time frame was not specified I completed and submitted the task on Jan 2023. 5th Round is Code Review happened on Assignment Feb 2023. Outcome: They have expected more unit tests and also mocking on tests. I got outcome on March 2023 after 2 follow up mails. Overall it took 6 months for 1 position, I hope they found a well deserved person. Yeah, it is a 333 year old company they know how to RESPECT and SERVICE the people. Good Luck for everyone and my kind advice is you must apply before 6 or may be 7 months. Overall Great process and Great experience. Now, I am sure. I can connect the dots. I don't want to blame anyone, I just want to be honest.
