There were 2 different parts to the interview process. Firstly, after your application, you will be asked to take a Math and logic test, which is pretty unique, as many of the questions asked are situational questions regarding concepts that you will interact with daily - things such as meeting scheduling, tax calculations, etc. It's decently difficult due to the uniqueness of the questions and the question to time ratio. Around 3-4 months after I completed that, I was notified that I passed the first round and would advance to the final round, which consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews. The first interview was more behavioral, while the second was a mix of behavioral and simple technical questions. Overall, this is much more relaxed and more simple than other SWE technical/behavioral interviews. I received the offer letter around 3 months after the interview.

It is great process! Learned a lot! If you participate the inside track series, you got a lot of opportunities to interact and network with current employer and there is a couple of workshop provided which are very helpful!
