Entretien
I have applied online. It took around one month to complete. After passing the online test I was invited for an interview at Luton. It was a face to face interview and lasted for one hour.
It was really really a good experience in my life. They were very co operative and comfortable, and the interviewers really made me to answer for everything correctly!!! Questions were based on 4 main competencies related to our work or personal experience. In 10 working days I got the result that I have passed the assessment.
Although I passed the assessment I have some visa related issues. So waiting to get it sorted then only they can offer the job.

Nothing was much difficult, But they asked about a risky experience in my job.
Good and easy. The process was simple after the online assessment and I got responded to pretty quickly as well so overall it didn’t take long and it was smooth
The very first round was GD, in which the interviewer gave a topic, women are better multitasker, and asked to speak either supporting or against it. But did not allow the individuals to make their choice. Both of the interviewers were female and selected candidates based on their personality and not on their communication skills. I gave the live examples but I think they were looking for theoretical answers as they selected a candidate who gave scripted answer.

Group discussion, but actually no discussion it was just like a topic and each person need to present their views, women are better multitasker.
Interview process was preety easy and the process was smooth. Thank you. Campus is great , and the recruitment team was also really good and cooperative. Thank you team for the support.
