With the gods grace I haven't dropped paper in my current company, if I would have done that and then company is said that we put position on hold, That will be a disaster. Worst part is they never reply your followup emails, sms and calls. HR is not responsive at all.

The process consisted of two rounds. First round on resume and object oriented programming. Second round was behavioural. Both rounds were easy. Prepare well about your projects and oop basics.
