Really friendly. Nice overall experience . I belived I got the offer . Easy questions. A bit dissapointed in the end. The interview was about 1) Risk Control 2) Interpersonal Skills3) Technical Skills . interviewed by 2 brand managers taking notes of your answers. 6 questions overall. U cant read their reaction weather you get the job or not

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.

Zoom interview. Competency questions. Giving examples of how you have helped a colleague in the past, a time when you have went that extra mile, your biggest challenge, how your overcame a difficult situation.
