I get a call from Barclay Pune at 11am and the person says your profile is not suiting our requirement So there is no point in taking an interview. Why contact a person at first place if the profile is not suitable . Such a waste of time !
Simple interview with mix of technical and behavior questions. The first round was introduction, 2nd round was technical and 3rd round was leadership related. Overall, the process was simple and straightforward.
