Very positive experience. Initial phone interview to confirm eligibility. Face-to-face 2 weeks later for in depth technical and competencies combined. VERY tough techy questions from specially selected expert. Still a very up and positive interview with two people, relaxed and informal (well, as informal as one can feel under interview pressure!). I'd say level of difficulty level was fair for the position.
