Disorganised and last-minute. I was supposed to do an assignment during the latter half of the assessment and the interviewer instead just wanted to have a generic chat about life (nothing relating to the role). There's a time and a place for that and a job interview is not one of them. Otherwise just bog-standard behavioral questions.
