Very Unorganized. There were multiple interviews in which individuals were to be present and did not attend the interview. The recruiter struggled with understanding where I was in the process and lacked clear understanding of next steps. The interview process was long and confusing. I was interviewed by the recruiter via phone, the Barcel USA HR department via phone, the recruiter via one on one, the company Barcel USA via a panel interview of 5 Department heads, and an interview with the VP of the company.
