It was a group interview, which was a bit strange at first. You should know that going in. It could happen. I spoke with other attorneys on my project, and they claimed they had one-on-one interviews. However, the interviewing attorneys and office manager explained the position, expectations of the job and what the project centered around in a relaxed manner. They asked each of us to discuss why we were a good fit. It's a lot less stressful than you might think and pretty quick. Just relax, be confident and speak clearly.
