I was asked the basic interview questions and never received feedback after the interview. The process took 3 weeks to get a call after submitting an application. Nothing stood out about the interview for being super positive.

The call with the recruiter went well but that was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back despite following up. That’s an extremely poor experience to provide candidates with.
