I was contacted by a recruiter and after a brief phone interview and getting my resume I was brought in for two on site interviews. Each day was 4 hours of 1 on 1 interviews with different team members and managers. The entire process was mostly describing the company and grilling me on my resume items. I was not shown very much of the campus, all the interviews to place in a small meeting room by the corporate office.
