I received a call because my resume was posted at monster.com. I was given little details but went ahead and accepted interview. Was told they just opened new office and they need agents. I watched a presentation about the company along with others. The branch manager went over the 100% commission structure and it seemed a great way to make a living. He emphasized over and over that this is like owning your own small business and you have to work very hard at it to be successful but if you follow what we say to do to the letter you will see results. He also said we have to want to really help people and educate them about insurance. He said it's about 45 hrs a week and working weekends if necessary.
