Room filled with about 25 people, some of whom looked like they just rolled out of bed. It became clear that they are looking for as many possible recruits as they could get in the room. Given a slick presentation by the Branch Manager and Sales Manager about how much $$ we could expect to make in the first year ($50,000 to $75,000 and up to $120,000 with "bonus"). Heavy emphasis on "ethics" and "morals" - looking good so far... Branch Manager looked like he was hopped up on something, (very nice but switch to decaf.) I began to realize this was a training position and was basically working for free the first 6 months. I think that those giving the presentation had to have some alternative source of income when they started. Overall, nice presentation, but it was a bit like being at a slave auction for my liking...I have obligations to meet and cannot afford to bust a ut while getting very little in return.
Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
