I was called by them whereas I hadn't applied to any of their job postings, I hadn't even ever heard of them. They gave me an interview appointment the day after without explaining much. I went to check out what they were doing, and to get some practice for my interviewing skills. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out a short form. One of the questions was wether I had a car, to which I replied "no". After a few minutes waiting, the branch manager called me. He seemed very nice and even joked a little, but right away he told me that they were looking for someone who owns a car. It took me 1 hour of public transportation to get to their office just for that!

As a result the interview lasted 5 minutes. The first question he asked was what I wanted to do, what kind of position I was looking for.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
