Remarkably unprofessional. I was called about and interview offer and made my appointment. I arrive at the office building and their office was not wheelchair accessible. As a disabled individual it can already be hard enough to find work and this was insulting. Especially for a company that has a focus in catering to senior citizens. So I left a message on their voice mail, since apparently they do not answer their phones during business hours. I expressed my disappointment in their blatant disregard for access and informed them not to call me back. What did they do, they call me the next day to say I missed my interview and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Even more insulting that they seemed to have not even listened to my message.

I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
super easy asked at the end if I had a resume. Place cares if you sell and is 100% commsion.They want you to contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
