The interview is really a sales pitch for you to become a 'business partner' with Bankers, you will be a contract worker with no benefits and you will pay for leads and malpractice insurance. They are constantly hiring new producers because most people find that the is not for them, so it's a pretty sure bet that you'll be offered a job.
