J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life (Peoria, AZ) en juin 2012
Entretien
I was called by a rep at Bankers to go in for an interview with Roz. The "interview" was a drink the koolaid presentation of the company and how much you're going to make. I was irritated right off the bat b/c it wasn't an interview it was a presentation with about six other people in the room with me. So lie number one was told to me on the first phone call.
After the presentation were told that somebody would be calling us back by 3:00 P.M. to tell us if we were selected for the interview. I was called back and told I was their number one choice, and they wanted me to go in for an interview the next day. The following day I had the one on one interview with Roz, he stressed again that I was his top choice (blah blah blah), and basically gave me a little info about the products and his philosophy. Being that this job market is so amazing, I accepted the offer.
Moving on, the leads they provide are all recycled leads. If you want a good lead, you have to pay for it. They talk about this "investment" they make in you, but they provide you with nothing not even business cards. If you want business cards, you have to pay for them. They tell you that your investing in yourself, so be prepared to make an investment of about $2000 before your first month of work is over with no guarantee of return.
Finally, their referral practices are questionable. You will be given a list of names, address, and phone numbers to take with you into a house. At the end of the sales process, you will be expected to ask the prospective clients who they know on that last and what they can tell us about him/her. I was shocked, and I told them that. You can ask for referrals using a better practice than asking people to give you any information they know about their neighbors.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There were no real interview questions. We were given a questionnaire to fill out during the presentation. Simple getting to know you questions.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
