The interview was smooth. I wasn't asked very tricky questions. The test was fun. Interviewers asked relevant questions and were patient enough to hear the all the answers that were given.

Applied for the position through Linkedin. The process was smooth and quick. HR got in touch over a call and asked for my availability for an online test. The test will be mailed and it has to be completed within 3 hours. After completion, I mailed them them the answers. 3 articles in total, 2 financial topics and one general topic. Got a reply within few hours saying the candidature couldn't be taken forward. No reasons were given why.

If the first round is cleared, the candidate will go ahead for the f2f interaction with the manager. Then comes the interaction with the HR.

Their interview process involves getting work done and returning people with demotivation. They ask to write a minimum of 3-4 blogs or articles for the test (which are actually a part of their projects on board or the ones in pending. To cut the story short, they are cheaters hiding behind their brand credibility.
