Time wise, a bit long, but process wise, you only went through interview one time, so it aint so complicated. The interview itself talks mostly about yourself and your CV. Fluency in English is a plus plus plus point. If u were considered to be capable of handling the conversation in english, u might run the 70% of the interview in english.
