The process I went through was very easy and quick. I applied online through the bank's website on a Wednesday. I was contacted by the recruiter to go schedule the initial screening one day after my submission. The initial screening was conducted and I was immediately passed onto the hiring manager. The hiring manager contacted me the same day as the recruiter, and an in person interview was conducted the next day. The in person interview was very relaxed, and was among a panel of 3 people. Within 1 hour, I had a phone call with a verbal offer of employment.
