The interview process went well, at first felt really nervous but i passed the interview. The interview is interviewed by 1 Department Head (as user), and 1 people from Human Capital Group. You will be asked about IT, your opinion about Bank Mandiri, your knowledge about Bank Indonesia and OJK, etc.

honestly quite so so, like any other interview. i want to say quite easy if it’s not for the fact the the pool market of candidates quite brutal 4000 and only 4 got accepted? 🤓

Short but packed, not as difficult and long as the hiring process of MT programs of multinational companies. Interview questions will mostly revolve around our business case, so if we want to do good at the interview just master the business case, the questions are also less personal.
