DBT have several recruitment stage: AI Interview, Psychometric Test, LGD, & Senior Management Interview. From my experience, LGD was quite a tricky and challenging stage, but you'll pass it as long as you study and prepare, especially when your background is not banking/economy related. The Senior Management Interview is the last stage and the only stage that conducted offline in Menara Danamon. The last interview was actually short (30 minutes more or less), but it was situational, you might get hard/case study question, or you can also get a relatively simple question, depends entirely on the senior management. The overall recruitment timeline could take up to 6 month, the timeline is subject to change so they sometimes delayed. But the good things is that Danamon HR team is respect it's candidates by keep updating the news regarding their recruitment result (no ghosting), though you may find it that it could took weeks or even months without any updates.

Panel Interview - At office, interviewed with a panel of 3 regarding my CV, experiences, interests, and future plans. A lot of follow-up questions regarding my previous roles and hypothetical scenarios where my ability was tested.

All of the interview process were conducted in English. The selection process is quite long (psychometric test, HR interview, FGD, Business Presentation, and BoD Presentation, and quite challenging, especially in FGD and Business Presentation. Kind of big opportunity to try for Fresh Graduate.
