Tech interview around 1 hiur asking theoretical questions and your experiece in general. Then the team lead interview where you have to tell about yourself and your experience. But their recruiting process is long almost 3 weeks... I do not know why they cant tell right away if we do not match. They also are not clearly saying the salary untill the last interview step
