First they gave an assignment. It was related to job role.
After that gave three interviews but no response even though three months have passed.
HR is very slow. Even if I got rejected I should’ve been informed.

Why do you want to join this company?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR discussion followed by a panel interview with business leaders. The interview focused on my professional experience, process improvement initiatives, stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and leadership approach. The interviewers were professional and asked both behavioral and situational questions. The overall experience was positive and well-structured.

They took the test online. It was in Microsoft office.They shared a link by which I need to join. They gave the time to join. It was specific and in 00:00:00 manner. I requested for joining and wait around 15+ minutes before they accept my joining request.
