The interviewer's behavior seems unusual. When I pose a question, they respond by asking the same question back, inquiring about my thought process. Despite the straightforward nature of the question, they decline to reveal their expectations. Their responses are ambiguous, particularly regarding the project plan, stating its uncertainty and dependency on the individual's speed of execution. However, I appreciate that they conducted the process calmly until the end. I suggest that interviewers thoroughly screen candidates to ensure alignment with their expectations, thus avoiding wasted time and the asking of irrelevant questions, and refrain from encouraging individuals to pursue opportunities at companies like Google or other large tech firms if they don't fit the desired profile.
