A very straight to the point and relevant interview, with pertinent questions, not only about hard skills and experience, but also about soft skills and personality. The latter turns out to be an important factor of their decision as I can see now that everyone in the company fits their 'no-diva' motto, and have a positive attitude. The first interview was with the founder/president, and the second was with the head of the department and senior with the same role as the one applied for. All in all extremely pleasant and unpretentious.
