Very laid back, asked typically interview questions plus a few to highlight if I had animal related experience. A few days following I was asked to come in for a working interview to shadow someone doing the job I was applying for to see if I thought and they thought I would be a good fit.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
