Very laid back, had it in one of the exam rooms. Also took a tour through the hospital and met some of the employees. I was then scheduled for an observation day where I got to stand in on surgery, a dental cleaning, and a cystocentesis. I was quizzed on a couple of things and I knew most of the answers but one I wasn't completely sure but once I heard the answer I knew I was right.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
